pOSITIVES: Salerno is a traditional forward drive cruiser, perfect for up to four guests. The rear cabin features a double and a single berth, while the spacious saloon offers a converting settee for an additional double bed. A sliding sunroof over the saloon and helm provides excellent visibility for the skipper, making Salerno a favourite among first-time boaters. At the bow, a forward well with seating creates a lovely spot for soaking up the sun or casting a fishing line.
Negatives: The saloon could become overly hot in the high summer. Salerno doesn't have a sliding wheelhouse, only a sunroof, similar to what you might find in a car. Just one WC/shower room for potentially four occupants. Be aware that your side view over the reed-fringed banks on forward drive cruisers is limited.
