Review of the Norfolk Broads boat San Susanne

Positives: San Susanne is a budget-friendly forward-drive cruiser, perfect for families looking to spend quality time together. The saloon area is cozy and well-equipped, with a sliding sunroof for fresh air. Accommodation includes made-up twin and double cabins, plus a double converting settee in the saloon. The forward-drive setup is ideal for first-time skippers, as steering from the front is similar to driving a car. Additionally, the seated front well provides a great space for fishing or relaxing in the Norfolk sun.

Negatives: One shower/WC shared by up to six crew members. Sadly, no bow thrusters or sliding canopy for better viewing and eating alfresco. Be aware that your side view over the reed-fringed banks on forward drive cruisers is limited.
