Review of the Norfolk Broads boat Commodore
Boat Name Commodore
Boatyard Richardsons Boats
Sleeps 8
Positives: A luxurious and stylish cruiser featuring a spacious sundeck and alfresco dining area, offering exceptional panoramic views. Designed for all-weather cruising, it has dual steering positions—one on the upper deck for sunny days and an interior helm for comfort during less favourable conditions. The layout includes four cabins, three with fixed berths for added convenience, and a fourth converting settee in the saloon. Among its many premium features, Commodore is equipped with both bow and stern thrusters for effortless manoeuvrability, a reversing camera, and an electric anchor winch.
Negatives: Positives: Can be a little crowded with a full complement of eight crew. Would be more comfortable with a party of six. There are a number of steps within this boat's interior, so perhaps not the best craft for those who are physically infirm. On the same theme, the deck sides can be a little high to access depending on where you're moored. A folding step would be useful to take with you.
Commander dimensions: 13.72m (45ft x 12ft 6in)
