Book With Confidence
To help you book with confidence, your money is protected if;
we have to cancel your booking; your booking cannot legally go ahead due to UK public health measures, such as if we are in lockdown, or you would be in breach of household mixing rules;
In these circumstances, you will be able to choose between:
✓ A full refund
You will receive a refund of the full amount you have paid for your booking.
✓ Transfer to a later date or a different location or accommodation
Subject to availability, you will be able to move your booking to a later date or even a new location or accommodation with no admin fees, but please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference. Of course, if the cost is less, we will refund the difference.
